Shipping: Shipping was fast & discreet. It didn’t state what was in it.
Package: The hammer was stored in a plastic bag, which was stored in a simple box with a hammer picture on it & some basic info about the toy. The box also contained a charging cable & instructions.

What is it?: The hammer is a 3 in one pleasure toy. You would see it straight away, unless you look closely. It provides air pulse functions on one end, 2 thin vibration ends and a thrusting internal vibration part. As you can hear, there are some great opportunities to have a great time. It comes in 2 variations: “sucking” or “beating” – that changes the clitoral stimulation head. It also comes in different colours: pink/blue (the one I received), yellow/blue, red/black, black/black, black/white.
Material: It states it is made from body safe silicone. It had a bit of an off-putting smell to it when I opened it up. I contacted PearlsVibe directly to ensure that the material is in fact body safe silicone & they promised me it is. I wasn’t able to do a flame test on it, but I gave it a very good clean & let it air put for a couple days & the smell went away. This can happen to toys sometimes when they are sealed air tight in their box/bag before the factory lets them air out. (Read more about this in my Pleasure toy guide)
Measurements: The hammer is almost 9 inch long, but only about 5 inch to insert. Its about 0.25inch that extends with the thrusting on. In regards to width of the insertable part: Diameter of about 1.25inch with about 4 inch going around.
Functions: As stated above, it is a 3 in 1 pleasure toy, which also doesn’t look like a pleasure toy but a tool. There is the option of clitoral stimulation through the air pulse function and the 2 vibrating ends. The thrusting vibrating end can be inserted and provides 3 different intensities and patterns.
Noise: It is actually pretty quiet. Obviously, the higher in intensity the more noise it is going to make & if you run it all at the same time. When I played with the hammer, the noise didn’t interrupt my fun at all.
Charging: It is USB rechargeable via two magnetic ports.
Care: Due to the material (silicone), I cleaned it with mild soapy warm water and let it air dry. You could also use a compatible toy cleaner. It was easy to clean. Though make sure you get something small to clean inside the air pulse opening.
Waterproof: Yes, IPX-6
Storage: The hammer didn’t come with its own storage bag. I store it with my other toys in my toy drawer. Make sure it is a cool, dark & dry place.
Lube: Due to the material (silicone), I used water-based lube with the hammer. This made a sliding experience.
My experience summary
This one definitely got my attention due to its shape. I mean a hammer as a pleasure toy? First, I thought about BDSM, but it’s actually a 3 in 1 toy, plus a great option in case you need to protect yourself – got it handy for all situations, just place it under your pillow for any situation needed haha.
I love the smooth feel of the silicone. It was easy to clean and navigate. Though, it is hard to clean the clitoral opening properly. It would have been great if you can detach it for better cleaning. It is quiet, water proof and I just love the design of a hammer! It felt great in my hand too.
I had a great with the hammer, I got hammered haha. The clitoral air pulse function is great and I also loved the two vibrating ends – this one is great to run perfectly next to my clit to hit all the nerve endings around it.
The internal vibrating thrusting part is a great average size and girth to play with. Personally, the thrusting and length of the thrusting could be more for me. But then also note, I have the sex machine, so I shouldn’t compare it with that. As a toy it’s a great feature.
Overall, great hammer to play with if you are looking for something different and something with more options.
