My personal experience

Twinkle Tongue is a fun way to enhance saliva for intimate moments or for a dry mouth. It was very straight forward and easy to use. It tasted slightly tangy, slightly sweet. It felt like taking a big spoon out of the strawberry jam jar. It worked pretty quickly as you can see within the review video. Adding something to lick or suck on, like a lollipop helped to produce even more saliva. I love the compact size of the packaging making it easy to take with me anywhere.
